• Try SFC command: As we discussed that this error may arise due to the corrupt Comppkgsup.dll file, and hence we are going to fix this issue using System File Checker (SFC).
  1. In the Windows’ search box, type command and a Command Prompt option will show up.
  2. Once the Command Prompt appears, make a right click and select Run as administrator.

  4. In there, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
