Choose the output format, then apply a suitable file naming convention and choose how you want to manage the attachment file. Then, Browse the destination folder path and click on the OK button.

How can I checkout those messages that were not converted during the process?

You must use the feature 'create log for messages not converted.' It will enlist the details of all such messages that were not converted.
