Selective Migration The software allows you to migrate selected mailbox folders like Mail, Contacts, Calendars, and Tasks from the source to the destination. In fact, it includes filters to specify the Date range, skip the duplicate items, mark migrated Lotus Notes NSF file items status as read/unread, etc. The option to exclude and include folders are also there.
Supports Modern Authentication The tool now supports both Basic Authentication and Modern authentications (supported by MFA) for Office 365 logins. So, connecting to Office 365 is easier and more secure now.
Lotus Notes Folder Exclusion Option & Mapping Options The software also provides the option to exclude unwanted NSF file folders from the migration. A user would require specifying the name of the folder in the Exclude Folder(s) field. Preview NSF Files The tool displays the entire NSF data so that users can preview it before migrating data from NSF to Office 365. Emails, attachments, and other mailbox items can be previewed in this way. Also, users can verify email properties and dates while previewing. However, preview facility is not available for Domino Server Files.
Assign Impersonation Rights to mailboxes directly The migrator software allows its users to assign Impersonation rights to the user mailboxes with a single click. This option is available in the software interface itself. But if you want to assign the rights manually, a link is available with the information of PowerShell commands required for it.
Provides Migration Logs To give the current status of the NSF migration (whether the data is migrated or not), the tool now has Migration Logs. It informs of the file items, its numbers, status of migration and the reason in case of the failure of migration.
Moves Folder Hierarchy to a New Folder The tool allows saving the entire mailbox data in its original hierarchy to a new folder in the destination mailbox. For this, you just need to select this option while setting the filters.

Step 3: Now user can add local NSF files or Domino Server / HCL Verse NSF files manually or load using CSV file.
Step 4: You can see the preview (Local NSF) or proceed with direct migration
Step 5: Now click Migrate button to proceed to connect destination
Step 6: On this step user can select login type between Basic and Modern Auth.
Step 7: Now, here you can choose and connect Single or Multiple mailboxes of destination
Step 8: After successful connection > map the source NSF files to Destination Office 365 Mailboxes
