  1. In Add Job for Mailbox wizard, choose a project and input a job name. it will be the name of batch to migrate Exchange to Office 365.
  2. Select Source Exchange Server and input its details like IP, username, password, Exchange, etc. Click Next.
  3. Select the mailboxes to migrate Exchange to Office 365 completely.
  4. In Destination, choose Office 365 and provide its details.
  5. Apply the filters to source Exchange data.
  6. Map the source and destination mailbox. Mapping is necessary to migrate Exchange to Office 365 without any error.
  7. Synchronize migrated mailboxes.
  8. Manage the notifications and enter email address to receive them.
