From the left pane, click on cPanel Email and select Email Accounts. Then, click CONTINUE.
Find the email that you want to migrate from the HostGator to Microsoft 365 and click on the Connect Devices button for that email account.
Go to the Mail Client Manual Settings to get the details for connecting the email account. Note down the incoming and outgoing server information.

Step 2: Configure HostGator Email in Outlook

Outlook supports all IMAP-enabled email servers and allows you to easily add a HostGator account with the following steps:

Open Outlook and click on File tab from the menu bar.
Click the Add Account button and enter your HostGator email account. Click on the Advanced options button, tick Let me set up my account manually option and click Connect.
Select IMAP and input the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail details from the information you get in Step 1, then click Connect to proceed.
Outlook will ask the password for the HostGator account, enter it, and click Done.

All your HostGator emails will now be accessible from Outlook.

Step 3: Save HostGator Emails to PST

Outlook allows to export emails to a PST file. By exporting the HostGator emails to a portable PST file you can store, share, or import it to any Office 365 account.

Create PST file with the following steps:

In Outlook, click File > Open & Export > Import/Export.
Click Export to a file, click Next. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and press Next.

Step 4: Add your Office 365 Account in Outlook
