Software Installation Process
step 01

Click Save File to begin the download process.

step 02

Double-click on set-up file and follow the on-screen steps to finalize the installation.

step 03

Click the Finish button to complete the installation process.

System Requirements

Please ensure that your system environment meets the minimum hardware and software requirements as per described below:

System must have GroupWise client and MS Outlook configured and running.
  • Supported GroupWise versions: 6.0–7.0.4, 8.0.0–8.0.3, 2012 and GW 2014
  • Supported Exchange Server versions: 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and Exchange 2016
  • Supported MS Outlook versions: 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 and Outlook 2016 (both 32bit and 64bit)
  • Supported Windows Operating Systems: Windows 10,8.1,8,7, XP and Windows Servers 2012/2008 R2/2008 and 2003
Requirements for each Machine on which you want to run the migration:
If Migrating to Live Exchange Server
  • It is recommended to run the migration on standalone system other than Exchange server.
  • System should be a member of the same domain as Active Directory and Exchange Server.
  • An Exchange profile should be configured in Outlook
If migrating to Outlook (PST)
  • System should have POP3 profile configured.
  • Just create any temp POP3 profile, no requirement for a working profile or for each user.
Hardware requirements:
  • Processor: Pentium Class Processor
  • Memory : 64 MB RAM (128 MB Recommended)
  • Free Storage Space: 50 MB for Software Installation
