  • Group Policy Creator/Owner
  • Schema Administrator
Yes. You should have Outlook application installed on the system and it should be configured with an Exchange Server account.
The tool scans the Exchange server only if you have scheduled it earlier. Otherwise, you need to run the scan every time you need.
