Philip has been using MS Outlook for many years from the time of Outlook version 2010. He used to back up his Outlook emails regularly, and this was easy till the version 2010 as the local file was stored in the .pst format, which was easy to copy and save as a backup. Also, the .pst file can be opened directly in MS Outlook. But he now faces backup issues with the recent versions of MS Outlook.
After moving to MS Outlook 2016 / Outlook Office 365, Philip realized that the local file is no more stored in the .pst format; it is stored in the .ost format. Now, copying an .ost file as a backup is easy, but he cannot open it directly with MS Outlook.
With the software, Philip was able to open and read an .ost file. And he could create a .pst file that can then be opened in Outlook to restore any old archived/deleted files to the live imap server if required.
The software has immensely benefited the client to repair corrupt OST files and restore them in PST format in the same process. It is a user-friendly recovery tool, which require no necessary expertise in technical domain to perform recovery. The client was overwhelmed to see various supported migration options (including Office 365, various web mail apps and email servers) in just a single utility.
The tool proved to be a versatile OST file recovery software for the client that had even helped with the smooth option to split resultant PST file for hassle-free data storage. The client was able to repair & convert multiple OST files at once and also performed it without any disturbance in integrity.
As the .ost file cannot be opened with MS Outlook, Philip took help from KernelApps to solve his problems.
Kernel OST to PST converter was able to handle all the problems of the client by allowing him to convert all the .ost files to .pst quickly. The software allowed the client to read a backup .ost file and create a .pst file from it, which can then be opened in Outlook to restore any old archived/deleted files to the live imap server when required.
Besides, the .pst file created by the tool after conversion was compatible across all the versions of MS Outlook, including Outlook 2019/2016. And the performance of the tool was beyond the client's expectations.
