  2. Select Migrate to Exchange Online from the Plus symbol.
  3. Click Next after selecting Cutover migration.
  4. Click Next after entering the on-premise Exchange credentials.
  5. Click Next after entering the RPC Proxy Server address.
  6. Give the New Migration Batch a name. Select Next
  7. Click Automatically start the batch
  8. The batch that was produced as well as the Syncing status, will now be visible.
  9. The synchronization will take some time, depending on the size of your mailbox and the number of accounts you’re moving. Select Mailbox Status>> to obtain more information about this procedure.

Step 4: Migrate the additional Exchange 2003 parts.
