I am running your software for recovery, but I can not see the corrupted hard disk in your software.

Please check if hard disk is getting detecting by BIOS. If it is not getting recognized by BIOS then software will not show the corrupted hard disk.
If you are running Windows Vista then User Access Control ( UAC )must be switched off and you must have administror rights to access the drive.
For Vista Users :
You must have administrator rights in order to access physical drives!
You also must switch off Vista's User Access Control.
To disable User Account Control (UAC), open your Control Panel and switch to Classic view. Then open: “User Accounts”, click User Account control on or off uncheck UAC and restart your Computer. Once UAC is disabled, Kernel Recovery software will run without any problems.
