How Kernel for PST to NSF allows you to save the converted files in NSF format?
Perform the following steps to save the converted file in NSF file format :
Step 1 : As you click the "Export" button, the Save Options window will appear:
Kernel for NSF to PST provides two saving options: Save in New file or Save in existing file
Define the NSF file settings:
Save in New file: If you want to save the converted items in any new NSF file
1. NSF Folder Path : The NSF file path location where you want to save the file on your hard drive.
2. NSF File Name: The name of the NSF file which you are saving
Save in Existing File : If you want to save the converted items in any existing NSF file
1. NSF File Path: The existing NSF file path location where you want to save the file on your hard drive.
Save item content in Text format: Check this checkbox if you want to save the items of PST file without formatting.
Step 2: Select "Save in New file" or "Save in existing file" radio button and define the respective settings. Click "OK" button to continue.. The following window will appear.
Step 3 : Close all instances of Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, if running and click "OK" button to continue with the saving process.
Step 4: Kernel for PST to NSF scans the listed .pst file and displays the folders, it finds in the .pst file
Step 5 : Select the folder checkbox which you want to save in the .nsf file and click "OK" to continue with the process.
Kernel for PST to NSF is saving the selected folder of pst file to nsf file.
Step 6: After the successful completion of the saving process, Kernel for PST to NSF will display the following message:
