The process of saving files in PST by selecting the Save in PST option is similar to the Save in Exchange Server option. The feature which differentiates both from each other is the option to select the outlook user profile.
With Save in Exchange Server option, you need to provide user profile account details created in MS Exchange Server where as in the Save in PST option you need to provide user profile account details created in MS Outlook.
Step 1 : Select the Save in PST option.
Step 2: Click OK. Kernel software will ask to define the saving path for the file(s):
Step 3: Close all instances of MS Outlook and select the Text format options. Kernel software will then ask you to define the user profile of MS Outlook where you want to save the nsf file content.
Step 4: Select the profile and click OK to continue. Kernel software will now start the saving process and will display successful message on the completion of saving of the files.
