The "Save in Exchange Server" option lets you access the MS Exchange Server and directly save emails of nsf file in user profiles created on MS Exchange Server which are then easily accessed by the user from his/her MS Outlook email account.
Step 1: Select the Save in Exchange Server option
Click OK. Kernel software will display the warning message:
Close every/any running instance of MS Outlook while saving the file(s).
Step 2: Kernel for Lotus Notes to Outlook software will now ask for the exchange server details to get connected to the server:
Provide Kernel for Lotus Notes to Outlook software with the exchange server login information and click OK to continue.
Step 3: Define the text save format and click OK.
You can choose either of the options from the three and continue with the saving procedure.
After successful saving, Kernel for Lotus Notes to Outlook will display the following message:
