Step 1: Select the Save in Exchange Server radio button from the "Save Options" window.
Step 2. Click OK, Kernel for Lotus Notes to Outlook will display a warning message:
Step 3. You should close every or any running instance of MS Outlook in your system.
Click OK to continue.
Step 4. Define the exchange server name or IP address with the user name to which you want to save email data of nsf file converted into outlook format.
Click OK and Kernel software will now try to create a connection with MS Exchange Server (Please See that exchange server should be in working condition while working with this option).
Kernel software will then ask to define the text save format of the emails :
Select the desired option and click OK to continue.
Step 5: Kernel software will then ask password for the user profile you have selected/defined on the MS Exchange Server for exportation of nsf user account.
Type the password in Password field and click the OK button to continue with the saving process:
After successful saving, Kernel for Lotus Notes to Outlook software will display the following message which means emails of nsf files have been successfully saved in defined MS Exchange Server user profile.
