Following are the pre-requisites and system requirements on the host computer to carry out the conversion with Kernel for Novell GroupWise to Exchange software:
Supported Novell GroupWise Client Server
Version 6, 6.5, 7
Supported MS Exchange Server
All versions of MS Exchange Server
Supported MS Outlook
MS Outlook 97 and above (i.e. 97, 98, 2000, 2003, 2007)
Supported Operating System
Windows 98, 2000, 2002, 2003, XP, Vista
System Requirements
Pentium Class Processor
64 MB RAM (128 recommended)
10 MB for Software installation
Disk Space - Enough space to save the results
Note 1:Microsoft Outlook and Novell GroupWise client should be installed on the computer system on which you are performing the conversion. You cannot convert mailboxes if both the above mentioned software are not installed on the host computer
Note 2: The Novell GroupWise Client and the .DB file i.e. User Mailbox file should be of same version or higher version. If both the versions do not match or either of them are not of the same or higher version, then chances are that Kernel software might give some error messages.
