Kernel for Lotus Notes to Novell GroupWise: Convert Domino mailboxes to GroupWise mailboxes
Notes to GroupWise software is designed with sheer intelligence by keeping the user's requirement of converting multiple Domino mailboxes to GroupWise in mind. However, multiple NSF files can be converted into GroupWise mailboxes one-by-one but following that way, significant amount of the valuable time will be wasted. While exporting NSF files one by one, the user has to be engaged in the process throughout while this time can be utilized in other productive tasks.
Keeping the importance of time in mind, Convert Domino Mailboxes to GroupWise Mailboxes feature has been embedded in Kernel for Lotus Notes to GroupWise. Using this feature, multiple NSF files can be directly fetched from the Domino Server and converted into GroupWise mailboxes that can be then accessed with GroupWise email client. The software not only facilitates migrating multiple NSF files to GroupWise mailboxes but also allows merging multiple NSF files into single GroupWise mailbox. To know more about the functioning of Domino Mailboxes to GroupWise Mailboxes feature, execute the following steps:
Launch the tool and click the Add Domino File(s) button. The "Domino Server File Selection" dialog box appears:
By default, the Notes to GroupWise tool enables accessing NSF file(s) from Local Computer. However, in case you need to fetch NSF files from any other location then either type the Server name in the "Domino Server File Selection" dialog box or click the Search Domino Server button. Provide required credentials to fetch files from the Server:
When you click the Server name in the "Domino Server File Selection" dialog box, the software lists all NSF files in the "Select the required NSF files and click the Add button" section. Here, you can deselect the files that you do not want to convert into GroupWise mailboxes:
If you want to merge all selected NSF files into one GroupWise mailbox then specify a name for the GroupWise mailbox under the "Add Name for new Novell GroupWise mailbox" section. After that click the Finish button, all selected NSF files will be listed for conversion:
Now, click the Export button, specify a location to save GroupWise mailboxes, select items to export, and start the conversion process. This way Kernel for Lotus Notes to GroupWise makes exporting multiple NSF files to GroupWise not only easy but also accurate.
