• Select File | Data File Management from menu in Outlook
• Click on Add
• Select the desired format (it is safe to select Office Outlook PST unless you need to access data through Outlook 2002)
• Click OK
• Name the file as desired and click OK
• Type the archive PST file’s desired name under Name
• You can protect access with a password (optional)
• Click OK
• Now click on Close
